Comfortable, great location for exploring Durham. Good, clean facilities, convenient shops, pubs, and restaurants. Generally a quiet area but in easy reach of the main A1.
I would like let everyone know it's lovely
We had a short stay here to explore Durham and its surrounding area. The cottage is comfortable, sympathetically renovated and spotlessly clean. It is excellently situated for exploring the area.
Great location right in centre of village. Cottage has all home comforts you'll need and all rooms are very spacious. We didn't take a dog but its dog friendly. There is Wi-Fi which was a bonus as you can't get phone signal indoors which. Would highly recommend.
Good location and decent local facilities. The accommodation was tired and underprovisioned.
